There is nothing greater than knowing that we are in charge of what we do with our life and what happens to us. Our success and happiness has little to do with economics or academics. Who we are and our ability to make life rich and rewarding for ourselves and others around us comes from having courage, kindness, trust, gratitude and selflessness.

Mountain Bike Guided Rides
Want to get out and enjoy our beautiful desert trails on your bike but not sure how or where to go? There are certainly dangers out there for the unprepared or inexperienced. Let DSQ take you to the many wonderful trails in the safety of an experienced and emergency trained guide. Free from traffic and noise, the only sounds are birds, coyotes, and the wind in the tall cactus. There are rides for any skill and any fitness level. Come to experience and explore areas of our wonderful state that only a bike can take you!
- Cost: $15 p/p for a 2 hour ride (min group 4)
- Local Areas Include: Phoenix Mtn Preserve, McDowell Mtns, South Mtn Park,
Cave Creek Recreation Area, Pima and Dynamite
- Other Areas Include: Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff
- Dates and Times: Saturday and Sunday AM

Guided Hiking
Beautiful desert trails await you! DSQ takes the guesswork out of a hiking experience by providing safe hikes with distances and terrain for every fitness level.

Lake Kayaking
Experience the water like never before. There is nothing as peaceful as the sound of the paddles slicing through the water, the boat gliding almost soundlessly along the desert shoreline. Wild burrow, eagles, flowers in spring... see it all in a pristine setting on Lake Pleasant.
- Cost: $50 p/p for a 3 hour paddle
- Equipment Provided: kayak, PFD, paddle

Trail Workouts
This workout is way too much fun to be called "exercise"! Get awesome cardio and strength training while enjoying the freedom of the outdoors. You will hike, jog, do lunges, "rock push-ups" and "rock dips". Every workout has a theme, like one called "500 punches"! All ages and fitness levels are welcome!!!
- Cost: $15 p/p for a 1.5 hour workout
- Locations: Phoenix Mtn Preserve
- Dates and Times: Mondays and Thursdays at 4PM

Guide, teacher, and mentor Amy Regan has been helping others reach their fitness goals for over 20 years. Formerly a professional cyclist, she uses the same drive and determination that set the first women's 24 hour mtn bike world record (which she currently holds) to help her clients safely become stronger, healthier, more confident, and learn to have fun again in the outdoors!
