Squat and Reverse Lunge Combo

Instructions:
Step to the side into a wide, deep squat, come back to start,
then step back into a reverse lunge, come back to start.

  • 10x starting with right leg, with squat first
  • 10x starting with left leg, with squat first
  • 10x starting with right leg, with reverse lunge first
  • 10x starting with left leg, with reverse lunge first
